Manufacturing the Bricks

Resources
  • Plastic Bottles: Sourced from community collection initiatives, these are the primary material in our eco-friendly bricks.

  • Sand: A natural resource that, when combined with recycled plastic, forms the foundation of our durable bricks.

Production

1. Crushing and Mixing: Our journey begins with the crushing of plastic bottles. The crushed plastic particles are thoroughly mixed with sand. This blend is carefully calculated to ensure the strength and durability of our bricks while maximizing the use of recycled materials.

2. Heating: Next, we heat the mixture to a high temperature. This melts the plastic, allowing it to fuse seamlessly with the sand, creating a homogeneous and sturdy material.

3. Molding: The molten mixture is then poured into special molds. These molds are designed to leave an air gap inside each brick, enhancing its soundproofing capabilities without compromising structural integrity.

4. Cooling: After molding, the bricks are left to cool down. This step solidifies the mixture, transforming it into a robust building material.

5. The Final Product: Once cooled, the ecological brick emerges ready for use. Each brick represents a step forward in our quest for sustainable construction solutions.

Innovation

At BlockLogic, we are relentlessly driven by the pursuit of excellence and sustainability, constantly exploring new ways to enhance the quality, durability, and environmental impact of our bricks. Our dedicated research and development team tirelessly experiments with formulations and processes, seeking innovative solutions that could further reduce our carbon footprint, increase the strength of our bricks, and expand their applicability in construction. This commitment to continuous improvement ensures that with every brick we produce, we're not just building structures, but also paving a more sustainable and innovative path for the construction industry.
